Printed Version

The printed version uses sublimation printing to create a bright, full-color design directly on polyester fabric. It is a practical choice for promotional programs, event supply, retail packs, and larger orders where a clean look and cost control matter most.

Sewn & Embroidered Version

The premium version is built from separate red-and-white fabric stripes. The stars are fully embroidered, creating a raised texture that stands out when the flag is viewed up close. This option is ideal for customers who prefer a more formal look for homes, offices, ceremonies, gift stores, and premium display programs.

Embroidered Stars

Every star on the premium version is stitched in bright white thread. The embroidery adds texture and gives the canton a fuller, more detailed appearance than a flat printed surface.

Sewn Stripes

For the premium construction, each red and white stripe is cut from fabric and sewn together. The finished flag has visible seam lines and a traditional textile look.

Reinforced Fly End

The fly end can be finished with four rows of lock stitching. This extra stitching helps keep the trailing edge neat during regular use and adds strength where a flag naturally moves the most.

Brass Grommets

Two solid brass grommets with tooth washers are fitted into the header for secure attachment. They are suitable for standard flagpole hooks, clips, and rope systems.

Q2: What fabric is the flag? Can it be washed?

A: Standard flags are made of polyester fabric. Hand wash in cold water and air dry naturally. Do not bleach or dry at high temperature. Reduce washing frequency for bulk projects to avoid fabric damage.
